why dont U try us even if we not lawyers? mybe one of us has an answer to the question at hand. God's power is reigning in this Forum and surpasses man's wisdom. Lawyer is just a title and means nothing in front of God. try us, U wont regret it, or what guy? surely we can try to combine our brains for that question and mybe we can qualify to be lawyers.

Bb, it seems from your profile that you're an Okie.

Does your question relate to state law or federal law?  If it is state law, then only a lawyer from Oklahoma would be able to help you.

I have experience of litigation, but I'm on the wrong side of the pond to help you.

"Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still with him on the way, or he may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison." Matt 5:25

"As you are going with your adversary to the magistrate, try hard to be reconciled to him on the way, or he may drag you off to the judge, and the judge turn you over to the officer, and the officer throw you into prison." Luke 12:58
