I have heard from a few different sources that tithing isn’t what Christians should be doing. Giving is what Christians should be doing.
I have a question……..
I have just started reading a book by Choo Thomas called Heaven is so Real.
She said that she went to heaven and had many visitations from the Lord. In one of the first chapters she said that after visiting Heaven the Lord told her that only my disobedient children do not tithe….I was pretty shocked by this.
What is your take?

Dear Judith:
The "Lord" told Choo Thomas no such thing. Choo Thomas did not go to heaven where the "Lord" talked with her. The Lord does not lie, but people do.
