bye for now
« on: November 15, 2006, 04:52:49 PM »

I've decided to turn myself in on a bench warrant for child support.

I haven't been able to find a job so I'm unable to meet my support obligations.

I've prayed about it and I'm left with no resolve on this problem.

I can't ignore this warrant and I would rather submit to God's chastisment than to try and avoid it and end up
hand cuffed and riding in the back of a police car.

Please pray that I'll be able to hear and learn what it is that God my be trying to teach me through this.

Thank you all,

If it's God's will then I'll be back sometime.

Peace to you all,

Andy

I hear you, Andy.

You are doing the right thing.  Seeing a judge now and explaining the situation would be better than ignoring it.  I applaud your courage, brother.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

God bless,

Gary

Andy,

I have alot of respect for you that you have chosen to do the right thing. It takes much courage to do this and I know and think you know also that it is Christ in you that has brought you to this. God is and will be well pleased with your decision and here is a verse of scripture that I hope will help you.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

praying for you now my dear brother and friend,

Dear Andy,
You are definitely being led by God in your decision.  You are subjecting yourself to the higher powers. For there is no power, but of God; the powers that be are ordained of God. (Rom 13:1)   And for this, I commend you brother!  Your willingness to bring yourself before a judge is awesome, and God will bless you for this.

Rom 13:8 (CLV) To no one owe anything, except to be loving one another, for he who is loving another has fulfilled law."

I know of so many people in your situation who try to run and hide, who avoid getting jobs so their wages won't be garnished, etc....
Your honesty has warmed my heart.

May you hold onto all you know that is right, and good, and true.

Love & best wishes only,
Marie
