A couple I found especially funny:

It's illegal to drink beer out of a bucket while you're sitting on a curb in St. Louis, and
In Natoma, Kansas, it's illegal to throw knives at men wearing striped suits

I'm pretty sure it's illegal anywhere in the U.S. to do either one of these.
"Was the man wearing a striped suit?"
"No, your Honor, but he was sitting on the curb drinking beer out of a bucket!"
"Case dismissed!"

Another little tidbit for any of you who happen to spend a long period of time in Kentucky;

There is a state law that requires everyone in the state to bathe at least once a year.

Just imagine what must have inspired that act of legislation.  :P
