Not me.  I read all the forum first, then if time or my eyes allow I will try to read some of Ray's e mail.  I just can't stand all the bad ones-I don't know how he takes it.  I do like it when he gives a mini teaching tho.  Mostly it is so repetitive and I wish he wouldn't do them anymore.  He needs to rest and take care of himself.  I would rather read his papers.

Ditto Gena!   It is tough to hear so much negativity day after day as Rays hears via his emails!  I like the uplifting forums first then after I get my spirit charged up, then I can take the emails that go to him.   It's all good in the end and certainly makes one to ponder these things...great tasting meat
