  How in the world can you post pics in here?  My JPEG files are too big, so how can I get them changed into gifs?

You can upload your images here http://imageshack.us/
After you upload the image it will take you to a page where there are several links.
Copy the link on the bottom that says Direct link to image
Then click on this button here on the editor and put the address of the uploaded image in between the 2 img tags.

You can resize your image here if you want to make it small enough to upload it directly from your computer as an attachment.

You need a program to change it from a jpeg to a gif.

Robin:
If you click on the additional options link on the bottom left after you hit the reply button it gives the allowed file types and sizes.

Allowed file types: txt, doc, pdf, jpg, gif, mpg, png
Maximum attachment size allowed: 128 KB, per post: 4
