prayers please
« on: January 14, 2007, 03:26:08 PM »

Hi all,

As i write this, my aunt, who is terminally ill with cancer, has slipped in to a coma. My dad(her brother) my mum and cousins are all with her. We are an extremely close family and i can honestly say God blessed me with my family, i had an idylic childhood. My Aunt Anna has suffered with cancer for about 8yrs now and it is time for her to go. She loves the Lord and i believe she knows Him. Last time i went over home i spoke to her about the doctrine of hell and how it wasn't true. She said to me "Sandra, i know, my Lord has told me. Our Loving God would not torment your uncle Tony (her husband died last year) for ever." I was dumbstruck cause i had really planned how to tell her and had all the scriptures ready. But our God is Great and He will reveal the truth to whom He will.
Well, it looks like she will be going to sleep very soon and when she wakes up she will be in the presence of the Lord. I don't know if she is among the elect, but i believe if she isn't, she will receive few stripes. I will be travelling over to Ireland tomorrow, would you all please pray for her family and for the Lord to give them strength, let them see the strength He gave their mother.

Yea though i walk through the valley of death i will fear no evil.......For thou art with me.........

God Bless
YSIC

Sandie you have my deepest sympathy. Thank Our Savior that he has defeated death and one day it will never happen again when all are reconciled by the Father.
