    Hi Ray

I just had to drop a quick email to you to say I am utterly and delightedly stunned and over-the-moon at what I have read on your web site over the past couple of lunchtimes at work. I have sent the web site address to my home email [I'm writing this from work] as there is sooooooooo much I want to read and take in. I feel like the driest sponge that's been hanging out in the desert for the longest time, and am finally getting some precious moisture to bring me back to life.

Yesterday I stumbled upon your web site while looking up something else. I was, in fact, reading about 'Bishop' Brian Tamaki - a self-styled New Zealand bishop, who bases his ministry style on the American Southern Baptist movement. He's into people tithing much money to 'the church' - not 'to him', but he now lives in a multi-million dollar home, etc etc - you know the pattern. So it was in a list at the bottom of an article I was reading about him where I saw the title of your article "Tithing is Unscriptural in the New Testament - Parts I and II". I jumped at that quicker than the speed of light and started reading but had to print out the rest to read at home. Today at lunchtime I read your letter to Dr Hagee. Superb stuff!

I absolutely love your wit, style of writing, and explanations. Brilliant!  I will read much much more and will certainly email you again, but from my home email this time!

I wish there were more people like you on this earth. God bless you and your family.

    All the very best,

    New Zealand

Dear Ruth:
Thank you for your kind words.  It is for people like you, whom God is calling
to see these basic truths of Scripture, that exists. But don't put
me on a pedestal, as I am the same flesh as all other sinners.
God be with you,
