Dear Rea:
I "attend" no church. Believers "ARE" the church. I don't associate with "religious" groups, but I have no aversion to them; it's just that even the word "religion" conjures up all kinds of negative things. "Religion" [Gk: 'dread demon/dread teach'] is always used in the negative in Scripture. James 1:27 is "ritual," not "religion." So rather than attending a building with a religious group, I fellowship with believers of like mind whom I believe have the Spirit of God.
