An Exercise in Humility
« on: February 05, 2007, 02:06:53 PM »

I humbly come back to the forum and ask your forgiveness for exalting my opinion over that of others.
I’m sorry for the judgmental post I made in parting. While I disagreed with some of the post I should have agreed
to disagree and left it at that. I am sure that there are many other doctrines and things that we can agree upon.
As Dwight Quoted from Psalms 133
How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity! I’m sure that is more Glorifying to God then discord.

I thank those who said they missed me. I felt the Love! And I thank Craig and the Mod’s for letting me come back to the forum.
I have no hard feelings toward anyone. I can disagree without disliking someone so that was never an issue!

I want you all to know that I NEVER PM’ed Bradigans or called his children anything!

I missed the fellowship of this forum and hope you all will welcome me back.

Peace and Blessings!  :)

Welcome back Paula,

I missed you a great deal and could see very clearly where you were coming from in your posts.

Humility is a tough lesson as I am constantly learning myself.

Once again welcome back!  :)

Oh Paula,
I don't even know what you did! i struggle so hard, cause i am pulled to a christian chat site where i think! i can show these people the truths....i get sooo mad and so frustrated that i must come across as  a demented human being! My hubby says why do you go there?......i don't know!. I just feel pulled . Is it my carnal self or God pulling me there.? At this moment i really can't discern. I pull myself apart thinking (although i know the answer) why can't these people see!! In this forum i feel humble, by the love ,the knowledge, the truths! Anne, God Bless her, so young and yet so wise, Arcturus, such a way with words to put down in text what we all feel. So many people with the gift from God to discern the scriptures. But, we are few and far between, differant levels ,differant lifestyles, all of us being chastened by God. Everyone in here, has searched for truth, why? Because He has DRAGGED us, teachings us like little children and what is so differant to this site than others is..........WE THANK HIM FOR DOING SO! Our Lord is a loving God who only wants children. I have felt so alone at times, as i am sure we all have, i weep for  our Father and His Son, but then i think who am i to weep for Him when He weeps for the whole world, even knowing that He will save them all. What a glorious God we have.

Paula welcome back, even though i didn't know you before i see a humble heart   God bless you

Sandie,

  Amen, Amen, and Amen.

Paula,

I am glad that nothing I have done has offended.  Thank you for posting this thread and reminding me of my issues of pride.  I am praying to God that he tears this down.

  Sincerely,

Your spirit is always here.

Unfortunatly there are un-forseeable and forseeable dis-agreements that may lead a few to separate idiotic idealogys or mis-intentions, but in the end God brings those of like minds and Spirits together.

You are a constant light here.

God bless

Well then pardon my idiocy. ;)   I don't even know why I got into that whole marriage thing. I mean it's not like I'm {or was} against the whole marriage ceremony and binding contract and all of that. Besides, I was wrong about not needing a binding legal contract, we do {unless you live on an island somewhere and it's just the two of you}. Just like you need a license to drive a car or a life insurance policy in order to get anything if your mate should pass away. So Paula welcome back, and my apologies.

Hey Paula

I don't welcome you back!  ;D............................

I WELCOME YOU FORWARD    ;D  "Therefore then since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses who have borne testimony to the Truth, let us strip off and throw aside EVERY encumbrance, UNNECESSARY WEIGHT, and that sin which so readily deftly and cleverly clings to and entangles us, and let us RUN with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us." Heb 12 : 1

We have got work to do P. We are building our spirutual house!.....Welcome back to the team! ;D

Thank you for the kind words Sandie. I value kindness.

Dear sister Paula,

I just saw your post and I can't tell you how my heart jumped to see it.  We love you and my sadness is now gone.  You're right how wonderful is it for brethen to dwell together in unity.  To me this is a day to rejoice.  Oh thank you my Lord, for only you can heal; only you can restore; thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine eniemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.  Lord forgive us all and may we all be one with thee.

Your brother in Him,

Dwight

I am overwhelmed by the love and mercy you all have shown me! Thank you all!
I am so glad to be back!!!

Yes, Sandie thank you for your kind post. I look forward to getting to know you better.

And Dwight that was so sweet of you to say.
You wrote "I just saw your post and I can't tell you how my heart jumped to see it.
We love you and my sadness is now gone." Awww! That really touches my heart!

Sorin, thank you for your apology! I took offense when I shouldn't have.
God is teaching me something, so it all has a purpose.
We are not called to judge but to love one another. We may not always agree
but we can always love one another! Your post means a lot to me! May we grow stronger
because of the broken places!

I didn't fool you did I Rodger? You knew my spirit was always here! I never "really" left!
Thanks for saying "You are a constant light here." I pray that be true going forward.

Thanks Andrevan for recognizing that I was back by my user name. Bless you!

Thanks for welcoming me back and for staying sweet and compassionate Anne!

Thanks for empathizing with me Darren and Gena! Humility is a tough lesson!
But sweet are it's rewards!
Thanks for missing me and understanding where I was coming from!

Thanks for missing me Iris! Not more than I missed you all though!

And Thanks for welcoming me back Joe, Kat and Medias Res!

Thank you Charlie-O. I hope to get to know you better.

I'm glad to be back M.G. Thanks!

I hope I didn't forget to thank anyone.

Last but not least I want to thank Arcturus!
I got your note from Craig and it made me cry.
I was so glad to hear you weren't glad I was gone!
I know I messed up with you in the past and
I really just want to be your friend.
I'm glad you forgive me!

Thanks for welcoming me forward! Yes we have work to do! I'm rolling up my sleeves.
Let's get to it! I'm glad to be on the team!

You all know that she who is forgiven much... LOVES MUCH!!!!!!!!

I LOVE YOU GUYS!

BLESS YOU ALL!  :)
