Plan of God
« on: February 05, 2007, 06:51:46 PM »

Dear Brian:
You do realize that nearly every other emial I receive someone is asking to explain some aspect of the plan of God and the reason for the universe and mankind upon this earth..........in an EMAIL!@!
And I get tens of thousands of them.  Virtually all of all people's email questions are already answered several times on our site, but few take the time to read our site.  You question deserves a book, not an email answer, but I'll give you a few things to think about:

> Ok, Please respond to these questions in the best way you can. These are
> serious matters that I can't answer logically. I fear that no one could
> answer these questions. I think you should give it a try though.

> Satan.

COMMENT:  They clearly were NOT made in the spiritual Image of God.
I know of only one Translation out of hundreds that translated Genesis one
correctly. Here is an excerpt from my notes at our Mobile Bible Conference
last September. It can be heard on our Forum:

THE ENIGMA OF GOD’S WILL

Gen. 1:27—“So God created man in His [Own] image , in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them” (King James Version).  Is this creation in God’s Image a finished Act?

Hebrew Interlinear—Read from right to left:

ALeim  btzim               btzimu             eadm    qth      aleim   Ulbra

Elohim  in-image-of  in-image-of-him        the-human   -   Elohim    and-he-is-creating

Athm   bra                   unqbe              zkr      athu     bra

Them    he-creates         and-female        male     him       he-creates

Reading from right to left we have:

“And He is creating, Elohim, the human in the image of Him, in the image of Elohim He creates him, male and female He creates them”

And now from the Concordant Version:

“And creating is the Alueim [God] humanity in His Image.  In the Image of the Alueim [God] He creates it.  Male and female He creates them”

Clearly the point is made that creating mankind in the Image of God is in the indefinite tense [past/present/future] and not in the pasted tense as in the King James and most bibles.  This creation continues.

God wants children in HIS VERY OWN IMAGE.  This is God’s plan. This is God’s purpose.  This is the reason for the creation of humanity.  This is “The WILL of the Father”

Old Testament:  “And creating is God humanity IN HIS IMAGE”  (Gen. 1:27).

New Testament:  “For whom He [the Father] did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be [completion is yet future] CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren” (Rom. 8:29).

MAN’S ASSUMED FREE WILL AND THE FORBIDDEN FRUIT
Etc., etc.

The Church has not even a clue that God is in the process of creating humanity into
His very Own Spiritual Image.

Some say that they had lust in their heart before sinning but if we
> were in their own image even THAT couldn't be possible. Jesus wasn't won
> over cause Jesus could never sin. Even if we were given the choice to sin (
> which we were ) if we were truly in their own image, it would never have
> happened. Unless there is another explanation.....

COMMENT:  Of course, if Eve had been in the very Spiritual Image of
God she would not have sinned against the very God Whom she was
IN THE IMAGE OF!!

>
> 2. If God knows everything in advance ( which I believe he does.....he is
> GOD ) that means he knows exactly who is going to accept him and who is
> going to reject him. Since thats so, there is absolutely no logical
> reasoning on why he would even give us the choice to reject him to begin
> with.

COMMENT:  The plan of God does not turn on "the absolute logical reasons"
of carnal-minded men, nor is God to be judged at the human bar of carnal-minded
men. Gods thoughts are higher than the heavens are above the earth, than are our
thoughts.  There is absolutely every logical reason why God does as He does,
but it is only logical with a spiritual mind. And furthermore, God does not only
know "who is going to accept Him," as you say, but rather God knows who it is
that He is GOING TO CAUSE TO ACCEPT Him, and who He is GOING TO
CAUSE TO REJECT Him.

It's unfair to us to have to even be put to the decison when God could
> have simply not allowed us to sin ( but we were in his own image
> right..........). All we do know is that we are here and we CAN sin, so
> God's reason could never be answered by man.

COMMENT:  It can be answered why God made us to sin and be as we are.
There is an answerable reason as to why God created evil (evil, not sin, Isa. 45:7).
There is an answerable reason why we all are appointed once to die and after that
judgment.  It is a quality of God Himself to know good and evil (Gen. 3:22).  It is
not possible to develop "patience" QUICKLY, therefore God gives us the time and
the circumstances to develop such qualities of virtue. There is no virtue in fact, that
is not the overcoming of some form of evil. This creation serves God's perfect plan.
That most of the human race is carnal, hates God, and is living in total deception
of anything that God is doing, is also a great and needful purpose in God's plan. You
need to read the material on our site, however, for the details of these and hundreds
of other questions concerning this life and the plan and purpose and destiny of God.
God be with you,
Ray
