Paula,

I too stand in prayer that Bobby may be restored when the time is right.  All things happen for a reason, and I know that in the end we will fellowship with Bobby again whether in this forum or in eternity.  We all win no matter what.  :)

  Sincerely,

  Anne C. McGuire

Thanks Joe.

Thank you for clearing my hesitation up! We are all human and boy are we flawed! I wrote a while back about when I was a kid getting so mad at my brother I couldn't stand it! I just wanted to go upside his head sometimes and the times I did my Mama stepped in. Now don't get me wrong... I have always loved my brother and would protect him from anyone else but I could get mad at him and no one else could! One of the worst things my Mama came up with as punishment was to plop each of us on each end of the couch. We were country kids and hated being in the house anywway. She would tell us that we had to sit there until we were ready to hug one another, say I'm sorry and that we loved each other! I would beg for a whipping instead so I wouldn't have to do that! Mama didn't go to college but she was pretty smart! Sometimes I still want to go upside his head even though he is 6'1" and I am 5'3"!

Well, I rambled on through that to say we aren't so different from me and my brother. We aren't always be in 100% agreement and may even need to "sit on our end of the couch" for a little bit. That doesn't mean the love does not exist because it does. There are so many on this forum that have so much knowledge of things and I benefit from it....learning from ya'll and all. There are so many that come from all around the world, places I will never get to see but I can read your posts and imagine how it may be in that part of the world. There are so many that God has given hearts the size of Texas to show compassion and care. There is a lot of good here and I know the guests will benefit from the good. Much love to all, Jennie

"THEY WILL KNOW THAT YOU ARE MY DESCIPLES BY THE LOVE THEY HAVE FOR ONE ANOTHER"... that is what it is all about for our guests as well as what we share together on this forum :D

YellowStone:
Jennie, What a wonderful story about sitting on each end of the couch. :)

I think we can all relate to what you are saying to a certain degree. Pride is the enemy of love and compassion.

There is no way around it.

Love to you,
Darren
