Hi rick,

We have a pomeranian(black) too.  She is actually my daughters, but I'm real attached to her since she's with me all day.  She sits in the chair with me a lot while I'm on the computer.
A sad story I'll tell is we had a pompom before her.  We had her only 3 yrs. when by a set of unforunate circimstances she got into the highway and was killed.  We grieved so much for her, after a few days I started looking in the paper to see if I could find another pom pom.  My daughter (her mom) was especially upset, but I have 3 daughters and we were all crying for days.
I found one newspaper add, so went to check out the litter.  She had one 'black' puppy she was selling, it was tiny, there was a red brother that had already sold and there was a runt she was keeping for a while longer.  Though it was only 8 weeks (young for so small a puppy to leave its mother), I knew we would be able to take good care of her, besides it I didn't get her someone else might have.
So I brought her home and surprised my daughter with her.  Needless to say we all began to recover from our grief quickly.  Having such a cute little (about 1 1/2 lbs.) thing.  We were scared to put her down at first, because she might get stepped on, but no trouble finding someone to hold her.  Of course we named her Little Bit.
She is 5 lb. now and has no trouble running with the labs in the back yard.
We gain so much from our pets, plus it's good to have something that never talks back  :)

Hey Kat,

I know how devastating it can be to lose a family pet. It's like they become a part of the family.
When I was a little girl we had a pekingese dog named Little Bit. Just so happened I was looking through
an old picture album the other day and seen a picture of Little Bit. I thought you and Rick might like to see her.
Here ya go:

Hi Paula,

Yes Little Bit turns out to be a very common name, as the vet told us.
I'm going to get my daughter to help me get a pic of our Little Bit up.

This is when she was a baby.

This is recent.

Hey Gena,

I have seen people use Bible-Truth forum to upload their pictures and paste it in the forum but I don't know how to do that.
(other than for the profile picture of course)

I use http://photobucket.com/ to store my online pictures. It's easy and free to create an account.
Another place people use for photo storage is http://www.imageshack.us/

You just upload your picture, then you copy the link and paste it on the forum or anywhere else you want it.

I hope that helps Gena!  ;)

Hey Rick, I see that you have found a place for photo storage. That's cool! Keeta's a cute dog.
I was just teasing about you just wanting to see my dog.  ;D

Hey Kat, thanks for sharing your picture of Little Bit. She was such a cute puppy! She looks so sweet.

When I was growing up we always had an indoor dog or two, mainly pekingese and dachshunds.
Since I have become an adult I have only had outdoor dogs. Right now we have 2 outdoor dogs
a Black lab and a husky mix. They are pretty good watch dogs.

Hey Gena,

Maybe you left a bracket off [ like you left  the "T" off your "wha  happen?"  ;D

Don't get too frustrated. It's probably something simple.

I assume you uploaded your picture alright. If not let me know.

Here's a sample of the code you copy:

Make sure you copy ALL the code all the way to the brackets {img}The Code{/img}
(I used the wrong type of brackets for illustration- otherwise they wouldn't show up.)
(Please note that all the code doesn't show, but it's there, make sure you copy it all.)

I hope that Helps!  :)

Hey Kat,

That's a cute puppy! I love Bassett hounds they are so lovable. :)

It looks like you got the hang of posting a picture on the forum. Cool!

Gena,

When you click it with the left side of mouse it should highlight it in blue and copy it.
You will see the yellow Copied sign. This is the easiest way. See below:

Then you paste it (control v) where you want it.

((Or you can scroll to highlight it with the left mouse button pressed.
Then press control c to copy and control v to paste.))

P.S. I know you know how to copy and paste Gena. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to use the other smileys.  ;)
I wrote it out for those who don't know how to copy and paste.
