Joyful1, you are welcome.  Your sincere honesty and openess is a beautiful trait.  These are the kinds of thoughts, desires, and words, I believe God looks for in us.  

Nevertheless, count yourself and your son lucky to suffer in this life.  This life, for His chosen, is not meant to be easy.  I know to most of the world that sounds offbeat, but we know the scriptures, have His spirit in us, and indeed truly follow Him.  That is what separates us from the world.  

No matter what happens, it is Gods will, not ours.  He is greater that we are, now we only know in part, the day will come when all things will come full circle to the glory of God.
