Ok, So what happened to Roberta? ??? I know this is not Roberta's story and knowing won't bring her back or anything
but I need closure man!! You can't just leave me hanging like that! ::)
I can relate to getting excited about doomsday and anarchy. Bring it on! No more same old -same old, let's wrap things up.
I have anticipated the day where one day we would have to head for the hills and live off the land or face persecution & possible execution if found. Awe the thrill of escape for our lives. (Of course I don't think like this anymore!) I have an SDA background too!
That would really suck to think it was the end of the world while you were hallucinating! Talk about a bad trip! And then to think you were dead, wow. I've experienced a trip or two myself but not like that! I've heard you can have flash backs from LSD years later. Better watch out! :o LOL
I'm so glad you didn't end it with that old buck knife! It is interesting how Ramona called at just the right time!
Well I'm looking forward to part three.
Bless ya!
~Paula

Thank you for sharing your story with us. It takes a lot of humility to be so open. God is truly using you and blessing us through you.
Looking forward to Part 3.

Thank you for your kind words Rene' it is my hope that this will inspire others to share their own walk and to empathize with the folks that they don't understand or have made assumptions about without knowing the tribulations they may be dealing with or where they came from.
His Peace to you Sister,
Joe

Thank you! Lisa

;D
It was a pretty tame "prison break" as far as prison breaks go, an old man making the rounds who was as predictable as a Florida shower on a summer afternoon.
Thanks Lisa,
His Peace to you Sister,

Hi again Arcturus,
How old were you when you went to the 7th day Adventists?
I was 17
...and BRAVO....I can see the cross and suffering of Jesus as He led you through your trials and pain in order to create an intimate relationship with you!
I did not have a clue as to why some of these things were happening to me and many around me, that is why when I became introduced to Bible Truths it was such a EUREKA! moment, and it continues to be.
Our own weakness is beyond our comprehension until Christ shows us.....glimpses of what He suffered for us all.....mind numbing soul impaling pain, degradation, humiliation and disfiguring horror…
The isolation that some of our suffering imposes is severe and intense, it makes it such an Oasis when He finally reveals Himself to us so we can run to His loving arms for His Peace and Comfort.
There was no LSD in the time of Jesus but He knew God the Father and His mind could well have suffered the pain and terror of horrors and suffering that we mere mortals have to take a drug to have any idea even exists in illusions that can depict what appears real at the time of tripping out. I have never taken drugs but I have suffered enough without them.
The funny part was I thought it was real, I knew I was tripping on LSD but I really thought it was bad timing, I took acid on the wrong day, the day the world ended! ;)
Looking forward to part three………..
thank you for sharing
Peace to you
Thank you Arcturus, His Peace to you Sister.
Joe
Arcturus :)
