do demons manifest physically in people today?

To All,
I choose to withdraw from this thread, it is making my heart heavy. I am a musician and of course my opionion would be tainted. Darren, thanks for quoting the NT passages.
Sincerely,
Anne C. McGuire

Hi everyone,
I like all kinds of music myself and singing also. I have sung in a Catholic church, where it was more like funeral music than anything else, in a Baptist church where it was just so-so to me, a small Methodist church, where I truly felt the Lord's presence, a huge Non-denomination church, that was more like a rock concert....My point being, different experiences for different people. And maybe some still hold a grudge against churches they have come out of - once they have been enlightened. So, maybe it's not the music itself, but the experience that is hard to let go of.
Rev. 5:9 And they sung A NEW SONG, saying thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 And has made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
Rev. 14:3 And they sung as it were A NEW SONG before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
Peace to you, Lisa

OK guys,
Obviously I am not getting my point across here ,so this will be the last post about music on this thread for me; I feel that I am being misunderstood by soem here; at last God understands that music is fie with me. I've said too much already. No offense has been taken and I hope that I have not offended any of you! :)

Anne and Susan,
Each of us is walking alone with God. Some silently and some with music and song.
I will not condemn anyone for their walk; each is doing what they fill is best. My only intent was to show that Scriptures do not contradict, nor lose their point, regardless of which part of the Scriptures they were written.
You have not offended me in any way dear Susan, just as I hope and pray I have not offended you. :)
Love to you both in Christ,
Darren

Love and Blessings and Shalom in Him,
