Prayer

Please, I know you both are very busy, but if you will, either one, please do a paper on PRAYER, How to; what to pray for; what to not pray for; etc.
   
   I think it would be very helpful, not only to former Catholics, who only know ritual prayer, but to all.  I know it would be helpful to me.  I know sometimes I prayer right, but other times I'm not so sure and other times I can't get a prayer (like dried up) started.
