What mean "Pray tell"?

  I always took it as a sarcastic way of saying please by all means tell me, becuase I know you do not have the answer or whatever answer you may provide is not one that you know you should be answering with.

  I only use that phrase to to empasize a point or someone's ignorance LOL.
