"If one tries to fit the doctrines of Christendom into the teachings of the Scriptures, he will go spiritually insane."

That one got my day started with a good laugh!  :D

Both statements by Ray (the spiritually insane and the Grand Canyon comment) caught my attention too. Even with a touch a humor, the seriousness of the truth rings through.
