Congratulations Chuck!

This has to be a very exciting and satisfying time for you, most of my friends are Grandpappies and Grannies now (the ones I have known since my youth) and their eyes twinkle with joy every time they speak of their Grandkids.

My own daughter is of age (not married yet) but she has been totally devoted to graduate school and teaching up to this point, we tease her about when she finally does have children that one of them will be a nitpicky perfectionist just like her Mom. It usually puts a look like this  :o on her face!

Best wishes on your new role,

Joe

Hi Chuck,

Congratulations!!!  :)
I can tell you first hand that being a grandparent is a beautiful thing. I have
seven grandchildren. The oldest will be eighteen later this month, and the
youngest will be nine next month.   :D

Chuck, I'm glad your'e back.  Congrats on the one on the way.

Rick, what a beautiful baby and blessing!  congrats! :D

We are grandparents to 6 grandchildren (2 of whom I have never seen), but, I'm sad to say that it is not in HIS will at this time for these precious little ones to be in our lives at this time.  They were with us for a very short season, but their parents could not handle the bible truths that we were sharing with them, so they left and have not returned.   They are my sons age and he was very much in love with them and they loved him :'(

ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD FOR THOSE WHO LOVE THE LORD.

I think grandchildren is our way of telling our children "now you see what i was talking about". no wonder we call them "grand"..........rick

Chuckt

THANK YOU  for letting us know about the blessings you're experiencing right now! That is so wonderful and be knowing that your news touches with warmth and good thoughts to you all.

Rick now those were some VERY good photos. It reminds me how fragile we once were and how dependent we are on our Lord just like a babe new born!

Peace to you

Sandie, okay...I must confess my jealousy....where do you get your awesome animations!!!  They are so great!

No, nevermind, don't tell me....they are unique to you and should remain your secret...

But I had to let you know, from a fellow smilie/animation lover, I do so enjoy your wonderful "extras".... ;) :)

Chuck, if you're still reading this thread CONGRATS on being a grandpa.  My kids are still small so I can't even think that far ahead yet.... ;D  If my daughter waits as long as I did to have kids, I'll be 75 before I see any grandkids....okay, that just warped my mind...gotta go to bed now...

Peace,
Diana
