Welcome!  I've been through Flagstaff a few times, and thought it was beautiful.

Flagstaff is indeed, beautiful, although, some claim that it is “Poverty with a View.”
The medium price for a residence (home) is approximately 420,000 and a two-bedroom rental ranges between 850. – 1200; a month (east or west sides). They are now converting the apartments, into condos. I have enjoyed living here, but would rather be in Kauai – the garden island!  8)
