There is a lot in the accounts of creation (and in the differences between the two accounts). This is only a ‘bit’ of it, and something that I already had written up…
Maybe it'll give you a place to start.
That first account of creation:Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

darkness was upon the face of the deep. And
the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

talking about New Jerusalem:Rev 21:25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for
there shall be no night there.
Rev 22:5 And
there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
