Do you ever feel like this?
« on: June 25, 2007, 11:17:48 PM »

Yesterday, I could not feel this.
Today I'm sick of trying
to live like I can live on my own.
This world around me is suffocating.
I keep forgetting to turn and run to you

So find me wherever I am.
Won't you find me?
I've got myself lost,
and I don't think I want to
be roaming in heartache.
Please find me tonight.

I make it hard,
and I cant stand it,
can't drag my head around it.
I wrestle with you more than I should.
I've made a mess of everything,
but you see the best in me.
I'll never be too far gone.

So find me wherever I am.
Won't you find me?
I've got myself lost,
and I don't think I want to
be roaming in heartache.
Please find me tonight.

You speak without sound.
Your love is so loud.
You always save me.

So find me,
I don't want to be roaming.

Unfortunately these are not my words, but its a great song and sometimes i feel exactly like this.

Not sure if anyone else can relate to these words, but i certainly do. =]

Love,

Alex

Alex, that's great man. Who sings that?

I used to feel like that every single day. Thank God I'm more focused on Him nowadays.

Alex,

I've interpreted those times and feelings to be an experience of:

Joh 12:24  Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.

Dieing is unpleasant, but the thought of fruitfulness coming from it holds me in a centered place within Him.  I pray it does so for you!

Thank you for your transparency.  We all experience that at times.  It is part of the conforming process...

Its by

Everyday Sunday - Find me tonight.

I feel like that alot, haha. So lost in the world yet not apart of it one bit. Drowning, what an intersting place to be. I know i'm not home, yet this is the only home i've ever known, if that makes any sence.

God bless,

Alex

Thank you Tom, those words are so true.

Death is never pleasent, even if it is to ones own carnal ways, the beast does not want to go, but i command him to be gone in the name of Christ Jesus! :)

Love,

Keep your head up bro. This is our home until God calls us out of it to wait for the resurrection. By the way, when drowning, I've heard Jesus and His words are fully capable of CPR.

Gen 2:7  And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

When feeling down and out spiritually, He'll reform you out of the dust, do His spiritual CPR, and heal your woes. All you have to do is kick start the operation by searching Him out in His word.
