Perhaps God chose for us this way of communication because He wants to teach us to have trust in each other, and above all to teach us PATIENCE. After all, we have to wait for responses, and we have to read each other's posts with an open and positive mind. This is how I see the forum being a great help to us - here we have a fellowship based on WORDS and not on physical/material things.

Hi Eirik,

You are right on the mark with the above statement, this is definitely a test in patience at times and I believe as you do that this experience is preparing and refining us as we come to a better understanding of God's plan and purpose for all humanity.

Excellent observation!

His Peace to you,

Joe

Is there a racial issue here? "Paleface" is an insulting term to use to an American Indian. There are other equally insulting racial terms that are not tolerated by or for other races. Just in case it comes up, I have re-read this response 5 times before hitting the "post" button.

Hey Nole,

Just a little note, that nothing becomes personal until one chooses to make it.

Rom 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?

Who but our own carnal, sinful nature.

And I haven't read this response once before hitting the Post button. :)

Love to you and all in Christ.

Hi Seminole,

Thinking back to the Westerns I watched as a child I think it was the American Indian who called the white settlers "paleface".   So it was a derogatory term to the white settlers.

Craig:
From Wiki

Paleface---White people, a usually insulting term used by some Native Americans.

That would be me, and I'm not insulted.
