Can you please help me understand what Exodus 20 is talking about in reference to marriage (man and woman). Is there any other scriptures that have any references about marriage between a man and woman?

Exodus 20 has absolutely nothing to do with marriage.
The first marriage instructions are in Gen. 1:24--"Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife, and they shall be one flesh."
There are dozens of Scriptures dealing with marriage. You need to get a concordance of the Bible so that you can look up these many Scriptures.
