Dear : Oh but it did purify the land. The fire and brimstone absolutely "purified"
the land of those wicked and sinful cities. It physically wiped them off
the face of the earth. Remember the principle ("Twelve Rule to Understand
God's Word" on my home page--did you read them?), First the Physical, and
then the Spiritual (I Cor. 15:46). The spiritual use of spiritual brimstone is
to spiritually purify mankind in Judgment (Isaiah 26:9; Heb. 12:29, etc.)
