I have the same problem you do w/ the tapes etc, and like Arc. I have no savvy :D

Lately I have been printing the transcripts to study. Tho it doesn't have the same impact as actually hearing Ray.

You might try getting a MP3 player to put them on. Thats what I did. I just save them to my documents them transfer them to the MP3 player. The only ones I had trouble with is the 2006 Mobile Conference. Had to synchronize them with the player so they would work. Hope this helps.
