Ray,
Been reading your site and re-reading it for a number of years now, thank you!
I have a quick question.
Do you think the account of the Flood is literal?
My brother brought it up to me, and frankly I hadn't given it much thought.
I know your extremely busy, but if you have the time for a brief comment I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Zac
P.S. I realize this could probably be a large subject requiring a whole article by itself, but if possible could you share a brief synopsis?
Dear Zac: Yes, the account of a flood in Noah's day is literal. It was not, however, what orthodox Christendom teaches. It was not a flood that covered the planet earth to a depth of 3 to 6 miles, however. Come to our Nashville Conference next Fall, where I will go into detail of Noah's flood, the Dinosaurs, how long were the creation days, how old is the earth, the Big Bang, etc, etc.
God be with you,
Ray
