Hi Kat,
Yeah it kinda blew my mind.
Makes me wonder how many things we really don't understand.
what is really real and what does God allow us to see?
what is man that God should even consider us?
Are we not a wisp of wind?
Much more than that, we are his Children!!!!!!  ;D

As one of the public school teachers on this forum I would like to say:

AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

i HATE:   "I seen" -  its "I've seen" or I saw

It don't  - no, no, no   it doesn't (same goes for he/she)

Brung    NEVER NEVER NEVER is a word!

hER/HIM used instead of  He or She

There- over there or there is
Their- owns something   Their boat, their bible their cat
                 They're=   they are

Your shouldn't be mixed up w/ you're (you are)
                ex--your nice.....no no   its you're nice

Oh my did I just black out or something?? ??? :o

My new year's resolution is to not let these rile me!  Sorry folks!  (now if I was really sorry wouldn't I delete the whole durn thang????)

Love Ya's :D

If all teachers would have made it that easy to understand instead of the power trip that most have,
I might hAve listened more closely.  ;D <-- see there's an A in there some where.  ;D

Cute PM Randy ;D.

Now I know who to come to if I hear my homeschooled child say..".BUT MOM, THIS IS THE 'NEW' WAY TO READ... USING ONLY THE FIRST AND LAST LETTERS!"...So much for all of that time teaching phonics to him, ugh! ;) :D

(even though it is an interesting fact there..)

Salt?  Ouch, I'm OUTA here...

Iv'e heard about all of this too.  I don't want to be a thorn in anybody's proverbial butt, but can a person be taght how to read without following simple rules of phonics?  These misspelled words are often missing the very vowel which makes the word sound the way it's supposed to.  Sorry kids.  You still need to know how to spell most words.

"I seen it" and "that be gooder" however, deals with grammer and is much more frustrating to read than misspelled words.

Only great minds can read this

Read at a normal speed

I am sure that they can musicman, but I sure wouldn't want to read what they wrote! 8) :o ;)  Kinda like when I type too fast and mispell certain words here...  ;)

Suzie, I was actually able to read all of it and had absolutely no problem understaning the words (with the exception of the word thought...spelled "tghuhot". )   Thanks for the info...

Hi Suzie,

I could read it too... and I see it said the mind reads words as a whole... jumbled or not.  I am thinking that our mind guesses or makes assumptions while we are reading... which I'm sure speeds the process up.

Very interesting that the mind does these things automatically.
