From???? Pigs? You know? swine? The natural producers of lard? I know that not all sausage is pork. So what dead animal does your sausage come from? Either way your gonna p'd off PETA.

Super A Grade Beef! ;D...Pork goes rancid, bitter to taste and rots faster so I do not use it for reasons of obtaining the better quality and superior taste! :) I purchase my beef from a registered and Government approved supplier who also supplies beef to the best supermarket chain here in South Africa! :) From there I mix in my inspired recipe of spices that come from Madagascar and Eastern Europe to obtain the unique taste that my customers enjoy. I do not use any preservatives or artificial flavors. The sasauges are then cured under lamps that produce bacteria free UV light zone in which they dry out and then they are made available for sale. They taste pretty good.
