The serpent's seed?

<< < (2/2)

Martinez:
Right on!

Christ can beat Satan with 2 hands and 2 feet nailed to a cross!

chuckt:
i was just in a discussion on serpent seed and the ""kenites"" and how it is impossible for them to be saved they being the ""tares""  sons of cain forever cursed. ::)

God said to cain:

Gen 4:7  If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee [shall be] his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

least we forget:

but Cain was a tiller of the ground......who eats dust what is man made of?

spiritual significance? ;D

enmity..................

Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

abel=spiritual cain= carnality.......IMHO

Hi Chuck,

This verse came to mind when reading your post;

Joh 12:24  Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.

These verses also came to mind;

Mat 13:29  But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

Mat 13:30  Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

1Co 3:15  If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

Peace,

Joe
