The Concordant Literal Version uses middle English?

I just randomly took a look at the CLV, which I know uses modern English, but these verses are in middle english!

I guess I'll e-mail Concordant Publishing and ask them why a bunch of verses in their Bible are in old English. It seems kinda random.
