Ditto my Sister!  If you ever watched the "Anne of Green Gables" series she has a memorable saying "Kindred Spirit"!  I've had that feeling about you! ;D  ;D

You see, Again!  I did watch the series Ann of Green Gables with Meghan Follows (I think was her name).

a_child_of_God:
I grew up listening to a variety of music. I mainly listened to disco/pop music in the 70's - ABBA, Donna Summer, etc.
In the 80's I listened to New Wave - Howard Jones, The Cure, Depeche Mode, Psychedelic Furs, Dead or Alive, etc.
In the 90's I listened to lots of Eurodance (many artists).
Now I still like the stuff from years ago, but I've lately added Def Leppard to my list of artists I like. Oh and thanks to my husband, I also like some Rush.

In the words of ABBA:
So I say
Thank you for the music, the songs I’m singing
Thanks for all the joy they’re bringing
Who can live without it, I ask in all honesty
What would life be, without a song or a dance, what are we
So I say, thank you for the music, for giving it to me.

Hi Eileen. The Sitar is one of the most beautiful sounding instruments ever invented when played by a master player. Probably the most respected around the world is Ravi Shankar. Its one of the few instruments in the world that can be played unaccompanied and invoke wonderful emotions.
