Why men wear earrings

I think what women want is to feel like she also is friends with her man. 
For example for the martians out there... ;)

She wants to go to the movies, and asks her husband/boyfriend if they want to go?
(this is Venetian for She wants to go to the movies)

He answers NO, I have no interest in anything that is playing!
(A Girl friend would say sure what would you like to see, even if she could care less about it, she won't say so.
To those from Venus the sharing time together is more important than what they are doing).
