I don't think I know the lipstick jokes.  Groucho Marx (I believe it was) said something like, "I would never join any club that would have me for a member."

I'll have to think about the rest of that, Beloved.  I also need a couple of hits of melatonin to get back to 'days'.

Dave,

Beloved is right, What are you doing up at 2:51 A.M. in the Morning and What am I doing up at 7:30 A.M. on Monday Morning, my day off, because I have to see the only honest Mechanic in Town,  ;D   Dave(just a suggestion), take a 10mg capsule of Melatonin approx 20 minutes before retiring. No, I'm not a Doctor, but when taking a measley amount of melatonin, less than 3 mg, it was ineffective. Some people don't benefit from it, but if it works, you will sleep like a teenager,  ;).

Also, if you find a good Wife, that you like and Love(Phileo, Storge & Agapeo) and most importantly, get along with(most of the time), it's a wonderfull thing. Unfortunately or Fortunately, depending how you look at it, we don't know what God has planned for us, including our Love life, so the Jury on me is still out regarding The Wife, but don't tell The Freckle Girl, I said that,  ;) ;D ::).

                                              Kind Regards, Samson.

A little help here Dave in Tenn,

How does one know what a woman wants in a man.
One way to find out is to ask several women.
Men seldom know these answers, because they haven't listened to the women in their lives, but we can learn.

So let's take a hypothetical case:
What would you improve about a man to make him somewhat attractive to a Christian woman who is being called?

What are the three main attributes that desireable women look for in a mate?

Keep in mind that this is just an exercise and we don't expect definitive answers.

However, our comments may help someone who is lurking and seeking help in this area.

Good luck, indianabob

See?  Even Brenda couldn't answer the questions, and we know she's not shy!

Believe it or not, in some ways I can be very shy....
I'm just also highly opinionated with a captive audience... ;D

I know the answer to what this woman wants and looks for...

But I thought Bob, was asking you, what you thought.... ;)

Sorry to throw you back under the bus Dave... :o

I believe most mature women the age of 40 and above wants a man they can trust not lie to them be faithful and a friend.
Someone that can cuddle without expecting anything more.
Someone that will be there for them and listen to them no matter how trival it may seem to them.
Thats a start. :D

  Jackie Lee,

As Bill Murray said in the movie, Groundhog Day in response to Andie Mcdowell: " ME ME ME ME, this is a man your talking about, isn't it "  ;D ;)

Samson and The Freckle Girl too, I have her endorsement to say this, ;)

THE WOMAN

When God created woman he was working late on the 6th day
An angel came by and said: “Why spend so much time on that one?”

And the Lord answered:
“Have you seen all the specifications I have to meet to shape her?”

“She must be washable, but not made of plastic, have more than 200 moving parts which all must be replaceable and she must function on all kinds of food, she must be able to embrace several kids at the same time, give a hug that can heal anything from a bruised knee to a broken heart and she must do all this with only two hands”.

The angel was impressed.

“Just two hands…. Impossible!”

And this is the standard model!?

“Too much work for one day…wait until tomorrow and then complete her.”

“I will not”, said the Lord. “I am so close to complete this creation, which will be the favourite of my heart”.

“She cures herself when sick and she can work 18 hours a day.”

The angel came nearer and touched the woman.

“But you have made her so soft, Lord”

“She is soft”, said the Lord, “But I have also made her strong. You can’t imagine what she can endure and overcome.”

“Can she think?” the angel asked.

The Lord answered:
“Not only she think, she can reason and negotiate.”

The angel touched the woman’s cheek…

“Lord, it seems this creation is leaking! You have put too many burden on her.”

“She is not leaking… it’s a tear” the Lord corrected the angel.

“What’s it for?” asked the angel.

And the Lord said:
“Tears are her way of expressing grief, her doubts, her love, her loneliness, her suffering and her pride.”

This made a big impression on the angel; “Lord, you are genius. You thought of everything. The woman is indeed marvelous!”

Indeed she is! Woman has strength that amazes man. She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens.
She holds happiness, love and opinions.
She smiles when feeling like screaming.
She sings when she feels like crying, cries when she is happy and laughs when she is afraid.
She fights for what she believes in. Stand up against injustice.
She doesn’t take “no” for an answer, when she can see a better solution.
She gives herself so her family can thrive.
She takes her friend to the doctor if she is afraid.
Her love is unconditional.
She cries when her kids are victorious.
She is happy when her friends do well.
She is glad when she hears of a birth or a wedding.
Her heart is broken when a next of kin or friend dies.
But she finds the strength to get on with life.
She knows that a kiss and a hug can heal a broken heart.

There is only one thing wrong with her

She forget what she is worth….

... I just got this e-mail this morning and I thought I'd share this with yall...
