Hi Darren,

One Seed is Jesus Christ, You must be in Jesus Christ to be of that Seed.

You’ve got the Seed of the Serpent and you’ve got the Seed of the woman.  The Seed of the woman, through the Seed of Christ, is going to obey the gospel.  How are they going to come into obedience, by the way?  What is going to bring about this obedience?  Judgment!  “for judgment to begin at the house of God”  that’s how you come into obedience to the gospel.

The other Seed is Satan and those that follow him.

Keep everything in mind now.  We have a good message - a good news message through God to Eve, there is coming a Seed in you and it’s going to do battle against the seed of the serpent.
v
But the two Seeds keep going, the two Seeds are here until the end of time.  Those that obey the gospel - those that do not obey the gospel, you are of your father the devil.

Hi There kat, hope all is well!! :)

I Quote You!!...those that obey the gospel.....those that do not obey the Gospel, you are of your father the devil???

I read John 8:42, Jesus  said to them,"if God were your father, you would love me, for i came from God and now am
                        Here.

it's clear to me that, anyone who loves christ Jesus and continues in his love, are the children of God, and those who
love him will obey him....be obedient to him.

I read further down Jesus say's in Vs 44,You belong to your father the devil, and you want to carry out your fathers
desires. He was a murderer from the begining , not holding to the truth, for
there is no truth in him. When he lies, he specks his native language, for he
is a liar and the father of all lies.

Now, that tells me that those who don't hold to the truth and who are murderers and liars, are of their father the devil.
where in that verse does it say those who do not obey the Gospel are of their father the devil. :-\

Now I know that anything that you have posted is from ray's teachings, so i won't pressure you about anything from that.
however can you please share what the Holy Spirit the Spirit of truth the wisdom of God reveals to you, about your beliefs
in serpent seed.

peace,mercy and grace, kat.

Act 5:32  And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him."

In this age we have the few and the many, and we see that only those with the Holy Spirit can obey Christ.  There are only these few in this age considered "righteous" because of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.  The rest/many are still slaves to sin/Satan.

1John 3:7  Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.
v. 8  He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

To put this in perspective, look at what Paul says, we must go from being slaves of sin/Satan to being slaves of God.

Rom 6:16  Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one's slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?
v. 17  But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered.
v. 18  And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.
v. 20  For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.
v. 22  But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.
v. 23  For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Bless ya kat :)

thank your for your reply.

I Quote you!
Act 5:32  And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.

Not sure of your point in this scripture in regards to (those who do not obey the (GOSPEL) are of their father the devil). ???

my point in John 8:44). is those not holding to the truth and who are murderers, and liars are of their father the devil.

I Quote You!
There are only these few in this age considered "righteous" because of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

So are you saying that in order to be Righteous one must have the Holy Spirit indwelling within them ???

I read 1 John 3:7). Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. He who does what is right is righteous as he is righteous.
Kat, you quoted that same scripture.

And I aslo read Roman 1:17). for in the Gospel righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by FAITH from
first to last just as it is written;" the righteous shall live by faith.

If you can show me a scripture that say's that, to be "righteous" you have to have the indwelling of the holy spirit.
that would be great.

As for your post of all the scriptures, I never got a discerning or wittnessing in my spirit,
of the leading of the Holy Spirit or the wisdom of God...I did ask if you could share what the Holy Spirit
the Spirit truth or wisdom of God reveals to you in your belief about the serpent seed....!

thanks all the same kat.
peace, mercy, love.

Hi Trish,

For me Romans Chapter 8 describes the relationship between the Spirit of Christ and His elect very effectively;

 Romans 8

1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

3For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

4That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

5For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

6For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

7Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

11But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

12Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

13For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

14For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

15For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

16The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

17And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

18For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

19For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

20For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,

21Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

22For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

23And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

24For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

25But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

26Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

27And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

28And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

29For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

30Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

31What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

32He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

33Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

34Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Peace,

Joe

Hi Trish,

Quote
So are you saying that in order to be Righteous one must have the Holy Spirit indwelling within them

We have this Scripture.

Rom 3:10  As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

So how does a person become righteous?  Only if Christ/Holy Spirit is living in you.

Rom 3:22  Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe:

Eph 2:8  For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,

So righteousness is by faith, which is a gift of God, to those that believe.

Rom 5:19  For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man's obedience many will be made righteous.

"by one Man's obedience" that is the sacrifice of Christ, that only applies to His chosen few at this time, but that is how everyone "will be made righteous."

Php 2:8  And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.

Quote
Act 5:32  And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.

Not sure of your point in this scripture in regards to (those who do not obey the (GOSPEL) are of their father the devil).

The Scripture says "the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him."   So it stand to reason if those who have the Holy Spirit obey God, then the rest can not obey because they do not have the Holy Spirit.  And here is the quote from Ray's email in my last post, ALL who disobey God and follow the Devil are the children [seed] of Satan.

Hope this was of some help.

Hi

The seed of eve compared to the seed of satan.  Either we are comparing physical seed to physical seed or spiritual to spiritual?

We know Jesus is physically descended from Eve but no one is physically descended from satan as he does not have "the apparatus" as Ray would say.

Therefore we should compare the spiritual with the spiritual.  Satan is the father of sin, when we sin we are of the father of sin.  When we act in righteousness (toward being saved-through the indwelling of the holy spirit and belief in the truth IIThess 2:13) we are of Jesus' Father, of our Father.

It boils down to two competing interests.  Paul says it in so many ways as to hide it, shall we be slaves to righteousness or slaves to sin?  We will be dead to sin or dead in sin.  Will we be a vessel of honor or dishonor?  Will we be sons of God or sons of Satan?  How long can we make this list of opposites?

God takes the simple and makes it complicated, takes the complicated and makes it so simple.

Here's one more for you, Trish:

"And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD." (Gen. 4:1)

Now does it say anywhere in the text that Satan "knew" Eve and she conceived? No. Does Eve say she has gotten a man from Satan? Again, no. Now for the interesting part:

"And she again bare his brother Abel." (v.2)

All throughout the OT, the little phrase "she knew her husband" always precedes the birth of a son or daughter. Adam "knew" his wife and she conceived Cain. But does it say he "knew" her again before Abel was born? No. Therefore, the logical conclusion is that Cain and Abel were TWINS!

No satanic seed here.  ;)

Peace
