Very sick little boy

Hi everyone.

There has been a flu going around here at the moment and it's particularly nasty.

Everyone in my little family has had it but my little boy (three) was just not getting better so my wife took him to the doctors yesterday and it turns out that He has pneumonia and it is in all parts of his lungs.

He has actually got a lot sicker since yesterday and the antibiotics that the doctor has put him on are making him sick in the stomach and giving him dierear and he has already lost weight!

Any prayers for a speedy recovery would be greatly appreciated please!

Time for all of us to get the flu shot. It effects the young and old the most. We do not know when the flu will mutate.

Now a days the secondary pneumonia should be treatable. Hopefully your son will start to feel better. If not then they may need to change the antibiotic, is he getting it orally or by IV?

I will pray for his speedy recovery.

Poor thing :(. Probiotics like in Kefir or yogurt will help to replenish the good bacteria in his intestines that are getting zapped by the antibiotics, that is what's causing his diarrhea.
