uploading attachments or pictures

I need some help...  I get an error message every time I want to upload pictures for the Who am I childboard... and no, I don't exceed the maximum of 128 kbs. My total is about 70 kbs at the most. What to do??? I also get a blank page when I click on the "Members" button below my username and avatar. Does anybody have some suggestions for me. Thanx,

You can't directly upload a picture to the forum you must use a link to an external source such as photobucket, etc.
