Hi everybody,

I was not sure where to post this, so I might as well write it here.

The purpose of this post is to beg for forgiveness first and foremost from Marques, and to everybody in this forum.
Please forgive me if I offended or disturbed anyone!
I humbly regret my sarcasm. [I did't even know that I can be so sarcastic.]

As usual, I bit into more than I can chew, and I chocked on it!

The beast is coming out!!

After I read the post of Joe on Where are they now? thread, I realized,
that after all, I was invited into your house and I got on the floor and throw a fit!
And since I don't agree with some people approach, but after all this is your house,
I must humbly take my leave.

I must mention that although I regret the words that I said, I
still stand behind the principle.

I was not offended about what went on, but [since I had different expectations] I was hurt.
Although I will not list all the should haves that I should have done before I joined this forum,
I must say that at least I should have spend some time reading the posts.

As I posted on "help with 1Cor.7:13", I live with a conrolling and unbelieving husband.
To top it all, he is totally uncapable of extending any love, compassion, much less mercy.
One day this thought came to my mind:

" He cannot give you what he does not have"
If you don't have it, how can you give it??
Only when you have it,then you can give it!
Only a free man can set another free or "indeed free".
Only Jesus can give Salvation because is his, he possess it and
He can give it to whosoever He pleases.

Since then, I apply this logic almost everytime I meet with my husband's
lack of love. Sometimes I forget, and peace comes when I am reminded of it.

Furthermore, as, I thought about this issue, [me throwing a fit thing],
I was reminded of scripture that I studied a while ago:

It is in Rom:2:1, and it goes like this:

" Therefore, you are inexcusable, O man, whosoever you are
that judges: for wherein you judge another, YOU CONDEMN
YOURSELF; for you who judge DO THE SAME THINGS."

This scripture bugged me for a long time.
So, I was set to find its match.
I found the match in the book of Prov.27:19:

"As in water FACE answers to FACE, so the HEART OF MAN TO MAN."

So, Marques, I am guilty of judging you.
And that because what I saw in you [and others in this forum] is the reflection
of the condition of my heart.

And now, that I least see the ugliness of the beast within, I sorrow with a godly sorrow,
and I pray to my God to find me innocent of this matter.

In the mean time, I humble myself in front of you all and I only pray that you can find it in your heart to forgive me.

I can only hope that you can see that I do all this with a sincere heart,
but I concluded in my heart that I will speak the truth all all cost.
I have warred the mask of fakiness [is there such word?] for a long time,
and as Christ is working in me, I will live to please God, and not men.
For if I please man, I don't please God. And He alone I am set to please.

I thank my Lord for bringing me to the truth through Mr. Ray's teaching,
and I am equally grateful for all of you.
You have been so nice to a stupid girl like me.
And your goodness truly brought me to repentance.

I had printed almost all Ray's teaching [it took a lot of ink], and I will continue to study
the material.
What a wonderful blessing!! ;D ;D

I the first months after I was baptized into the Body of Christ and into His death [June 16,2006],
I was dragged to this scripture in 1John2:27:

"But the anointing which you have received from Him abides
in you, and you don't need ANY MAN TEACH YOU: but as the
same anointing TEACHES YOU OF ALL THINGS, and is truth, and is no lie,
and even as it has taught you, you shall abide in Him."

It was not rhema to me at the time, but now is.
I knew some things in Ray's teaching way before, and they were floatind somewhere in
my spirit, until, when I started to reed his writings it become a confirmation.

Like all of us, I must keep myself from idols, and by my very beastly nature I can very easily worship
teachers, people, forums, and everything else. And although this decision to leave the forum was not easy,
Christ is make me let go of everything is not of Him, even if they speak the truth.

So, I will consider this forum and my experience here, more like an Inn in my journey [Ray's Inn],
and venture to continue, as comfy as it is, to pick up my cross and follow Christ.
He alone will teach me all things, and like any recipe, the best are the one who you create yourself.

Finally, my brothers and sisters,
if truly Christ is in controll of all things [and He is], and if everything is happening
according to His will, than, we all have many things to learn from this experience!!! :( :( :(
He that has ears to hear, let him hear!!

Thank you again and I hope that you
can extend some mercy to a sister.
Grace, peace and love from the Lord Jesus Christ.

Yours truly,
Ariel

How very sad.

I understand your sentiments Ariel but I hope you reconsider leaving.  Your being here was purposeful and I think it could continue to be so.  However, the Lords will be done.  Amen.

listen Ariel: My name is Darren(winner08) and I for one know about being sarcastic and being a smart a#$. In some of my past post (and not too past) I felt bad about some remarks I had made to a brother here and I felt really bad about it. I apoligized a few times and I was forgiven by the members. Let me just say I have found the people here to be very forgiven and kind. I felt that maby I shouldn't post, just read. But they have encouraged me to continue on and I have. WE all have bad days and we all have our moments we are human no matter what. BTW Ariel that last post seemed very heartfelt. You really should reconsider and stay with us. You are here because that is where God wants you to be.why not stay awhile see what happens. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain. there is lots of wisdom here.

Hi Ariel,

Just read your post about going away. Do reconsider and know that: Greater Is He That Is In You;
than he that is in the World.
When the adulterous Woman was brought before Jesus Christ.

Here is an excerpt from The Mark C: 8, when you have a moment read the entire chapter please.

3-And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

4-They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.

5-Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what says you?

6-This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote
on the ground, as though he heard them not.

7-So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him
first cast a stone at her.

Just a few facts. No one as far as I know is "invited" into this Forum. Some of us may have been "advised" to JOIN the Forum but as far as being INVITED to join, that is another word entirely with another meaning. Those who are in the Forum have been graced to submit our requests to JOIN the Forum and regardless of whether we are here or not we all come in via the SAME DOOR. That door is God's Plan and Purpose for us to be here for however long we are here.

This Forum is not our house. Our home is not a web site Forum of any kind but rather the Mind of Christ that is expressed through the interchange of His Spirit edifying us and leading us within this Forum and hopefully outside this Forum as well.

Hi Ariel.

I really hope you don’t leave this forum over any misunderstanding whether it is on the part of a member or yourself. Please reconsider my sister leaving.

You know Ariel, life is very difficult and even more so when we have Christ in our life because we are confronted with having to forgive those we find it difficult to forgive but look at the beauty of it, without people pressing the right buttons in us how would we learn to forgive?

I know your life is very difficult from the testimonies you gave on this forum and my heart goes out to you sister,  I have no idea what its like for a women to live with and unloving husband who gives her no credit but only complaints and makes you feel less than.

Ariel, I had this same issue wit ha brother on this forum and even posted about it but in the end I realize the very thing I was against was the very thing I was doing myself.

I once heard we are our own worst enemy and as I reflect upon my life I have no cause to doubt this saying.

Ariel, don’t think your not loved or appreciated here because you are. Remember that cartoon Character Elmer fudge? He use to say oh what a terrible web we weave for ourselves and is this not so true in the lives of everyone? Of course it is.

Relax my sister and take things in strive unto the coming of our Lord and savior Jesus.

God bless you sister.  :)                     In God’s Love. Richard.

Richard it was Elmer Fudd not Fudge  ;D ;D   I do not know if they see our cartoons in Romania. For those who do not have a clue to Richards reference..Elmer was a befuddled hunter with a speech impediment who chased after Buzz Bunny a crazy and mischievious rabbit.

Back to the topic  Arial , we are all here to grow, that means there will be growing pains..if you are easily offended then your focus is still too much on you. We are to accept all  these offences (small and large)  it is part of our tribulations.  You have not been here long enough to know and see that all of us have been where you are...ready to quit...I too once posted a rebuttal against someone...

Time to "gird your loins" and get back into the fight with the beast.

It’s been a long time, I’m happy I got the first name right………..LOL……. Thanks for the correction.

Arial, beloved and the rest of us really do care about you so I hope you won’t deny us your companionship here on this forum. A man can never have enough sisters but one wife is enough.  :)

Elmer Fudge = Elmer Fudd (whewe is that wabbit) ???

Buzz Bunny = Bugs Bunny (eehh what's up doc.) ???

Hi Ariel,

Adding my other penny to this thread, do reconsider and return. There is much to learn and do, time is so fleeting.

Names are very interesting.  Ariel is short and to the point.
Bob
= = = =

Ariel
There is certainly one person in the Bible named Ariel and that is one among the leaders who are sent to Iddo by Ezra, to ask for temple ministers (8:16-17). Some translations mention an Ariel in either 2 am 23:20 or 1 Chr 11:22 but that is dubious (see below). In Isa 29:1-8 the name Ariel is applied to Jerusalem.

The name Ariel is a compound of the words  (ari 158a), meaning lion or gatherer of food from the verb  (arah 158), to collect, to gather food (see the name Ari), and the name (El 93), the common abbreviation of Elohim.

Now, how can I resist?? ::)

Yes, we had Bugs Bunny in Romania, but if I remember correctly,
it was shown only in the weekends.
It was a real treat, cause we kids were not allowed to watch it if we did
not finish our chores or we disobeyed.

The only thing that I remember listening to every day was a radio
program that it aired every day at 7:30 Pm, it was called :  "Good evening, kids!!"
It was a half an hour thing, and that signaled our bed time.
At eight it was LIGHTS OUT!!

When I came to America, and escape communism, I watched cartoons non stop!!
Cartoons and Star Trek!!!

Bob, thanks, I did not know that about my name! 8) 8) 8)
How interesting!

I cannot find any new words to show my gratitude to you all!!
So I'll simply say thank you.
P.S.  I didn't know that you guys can be so funny!!! ;D ;D ;D
And since this thread was about edification, I must confess that I was edified!!!

Peace,
Ariel
