Spiritual Edification
Richard D:
Why so much sorrow or anger over a thread? I find no malice in what brother Marques said and reminders are good for us as a whole every now and then.
Ariel, I’m sure if you were face to face with Marques and heard the tone of his voice and seen his countenance as he spoke these words you would of not become offended or angry or even hurt by what he said.
I’ve found Marques to be a very helpful brother in the Lord and I don’t believe Marques to have posted this thread with malice of heart.
The only problem I see with this forum is that one can read more into a thread than what is there, Lords knows I’m guilty of this myself.
P.S. Blessed are the peace makers for they shall be called the sons of God.
In God’s Love. Richard.

I would love to add my 2 cents to this post, but there's a good chance that I would say all the wrong things. But there are a number of people on this forum that the Lord has shown us (Dewey & Paula) wisdom in their posts. But there are two that we feel have an excellent understanding of what it's all about. Lord willing, they will post on this specific subject. and I'm gonna tell you who they are right now - I would love and believe that Roger and Indiana Bob have the capacity of wisdom to set this whole thing straight and to cut off at the path the stampede that is sure to happen the way this conversation is going. From past posts, the Lord leads me to believe that either one of these 2 gentlemen would be able to explain/moderate this controversy before it goes out of control.
Ariel, I do see what your talking about when you speak about a lack ot love and I have done this myself. And at this point, I have to say he who is not guilty of this, chunk the first rock.
Ariel, please don't quit this forum; you're not here by accident. I'm sure that there are many more replies to come on this particular post. There are many more to follow, I'm sure, Lord willing.
Please don't take this the wrong way when I say I do agree with everything that Darren said. However, I see your point because he didn't temper with love and feelings.
I'm gonna post a few scriptures for you to read and it's possible that they don't mean anything to anybody but me, but this is what came to me while reading this particular topic of spiritual edification:
1 Co 1:17
Pr 19:11
Pr 19:10
Job 28:12
Love y'ans in the name of Christ
Dewey & Paula
goin' out on a limb for Jesus - why? 'cause that's where the fruit's at
Richard D:
Dewey.
I’m really offended that when you spoke of two people on this forum who have much wisdom in their posts and did not mention my name I was shocked………..LOL.
In God’s Love. Richard.
dewey:

Dear Dewey, Paula and Richard,
I will not quit this forum unless the moderators ask me too.
And if they do, [that will be a first] I will take it like Paul when he was thrown out of the synagogue,
and I will add it to my biiiiiiiig list of failures.
Here I am, me and my big mouth, getting in trouble!! :'( :'(
But I cannot stand injustice!!!
I am sure that Marques was right, but his approach is my issue.
How can you get edified like this???
And I did not read anywhere that knowing Ray's teaching by heart is a prerequisite.
If we cannot bear with each others folly in love, than we are nothing, and all our learning is in vain!!!!
He did not offended me, he directed his long list of to dos at another brother, and I
could not, well, take it!!
If I cannot stand for justice, I am worse than the scum of the earth!!
I was deeply troubled by this, but I'll get over it!!
Another thing to conquer, right??
Thanks for you kind words.
It helped a lot!!!!!
Your sister in Christ,
Ariel
