Hey Charrie,

According to Craig in another post, we can no longer directly upload a picture to the forum, we must use a link to an external source such as photobucket, etc.

You will have to join, but it's free.
Here is a link to photobucket:  http://photobucket.com/

Once you get your picture downloaded there, copy the DirectLink code under the picture and paste it in the box.
Scroll down to the bottom and click, Change profile.
