crazy texas weather

i live in austin, tx. last night i had the a.c. on. tonight the heater is on, AND, it is SNOWING outside. i mean accumulating snow. first it was raining, then sleeting, then big ole flakes of snow. as the saying goes here in texas, if you don't like the weather wait a little while and it will change. absolutely amazing. funniest thing was one of my dogs running out the back door and sliding across the yard, then crashing into the wooden fence. she wasn't hurt. just a little surprised.

Try Northern California right now, several days below freezing in SF bay Area. Now we get a forecast for
colder weather in the next few days. Those dang cows of longhorn and their flatulence are causing more
(global cooling :o) or (warming ???) so we need to tax them or pay for the gas. Very weird weather patterns
all around the country now.
