Title: How is this Forum financed
Post by: greenef on October 26, 2013, 01:27:59 PM: Hi folks; I would like to pose a question to Administrators and Moderators. How do you keep this ministry up and running. I know it cost money to keep it on the Web. Do the Form members contribute to keep it going? Do you plan on keeping it going or just let it die a natural death?

This forum gets new members all the time. Why would it die?

Yeah, Dennis we need to evolve. Things are a little boring.

For starters, we need a new name. How about The Worldwide Internet Church of God ?

I like it! But isn't that name taken? Oh, well.

The site will get a face-lift in about six months but I do not see anything of any consequences ever changing on this forum.

Not that we can't make things better but the reality is that we have very little do do if anything with drawing people here. I run SMF on my own forum as well and I use a different default theme with various graphics to keep it to more of a modern feel but it's God working in the hearts of people that draw them here. I'm on a couple of different forums and use a simple tagline that refers back to BT and I figure that God will draw whom he will and when he will. As long as we are still here and the website and forum are up and running God will take care of the rest in his timing.

Financially supporting the Bible Truths web site may be the way to get the scriptural truth in the minds of those searching. The more we spend the more search engines will expose these truths. Worked for me.
