Dear Wondering:
I do not like to be forced into any "yes or no" answers. There are many reasons for this. Not the least of which is: "Have you stopped beating you wife yet?" "Can God build a rock so large that even He cannot lift it?" Etc., etc.
There is no law or commandment in the Bible forbidding interacial marriage on the basis of race alone.
