Title: The Kingdom Question

Guys,

Does Ray have an article where he talks about what happens during the kingdom reign? Basically what will the vivified life include?

I know that for two ages after this one we will reign with Christ but what will that look like? Will there still be "un-vivified" people in the flesh still being born and dying during these ages?

I'm assuming that the next two ages are called The Millenium and the great white throne judgement age (both together called The Kingdom)?
