Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, "You're next." They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

I don't think I would be able to use it at an actual funeral, though.   A friend of mine used to say something like: "I've seen the aftereffects so I think I'll wait a long while before I tie the knot."
