Title: Blessing God

Good morning all:  am reading Psalm 145:1  "I will extoll you, my God, O King; and I will bless Your name forever.
Every day I will bless You, and I will praise Your name forever

We can see God's blessings on us, but how does one "bless" God?  What is the difference between bless and praise when giving it to God?

A primitive root; to kneel; by implication to bless God (as an act of adoration), and (vice-versa) man (as a benefit)
