I have been reading on gifts of the Holy Spirit and Anointings, does ray have any
teachings or written any papers on this :-\ thanks for any help with this...think,
i read it some where forgot where though.

Ray does not have 'a paper' with that title, exactly what question are you asking?

In a way isn't everything that God gives ... a gift...

Are you asking about signs and miracles?

He does have a specific paper on tongues...
