I have read, re-read, printed and re-re-read, continue to study and do the best I can to verify everything you are teaching and posting on your sight these past 3 weeks – WOW! As an appointed “deacon” and self proclaimed “bible teacher” in a small “non-denominational” church I am amazed at how much I need to repent for – I believe my eyes are truly opening (I thought they were already open). Thank you for your diligent and thorough study and heart to search and dig for the scriptural truths. Please continue in your efforts.
Please give some insights to Ephesians 4:8-13. Where are these so-called five fold ministry ministers?

Well, of course, God sends us these teachers and helps through His Word the Scriptures. Where else to look for them in this faithless world--your guess is as good as mine?
