Glad you are feeling better Wendy. Yes God is good for sure.
You had mentioned that you were gardening now. I have been
gardening for many years. I love the hard work it involves , the
nature and food from little seeds. I am growing potatoes, tomatoes.
Peppers. Lettuce, spinach, shallots and radishes this year but the weather
has been very windy and cold. Not usually the hot summers we are used
to here in the valley. We are surrounded by farms so if mine don’t grow ,I
can buy it from the local farm markets . It’s getting harder though. My old
bones are crickety. What are you growing? With all this inflation, more people have
taken to growing their own food and I am noticing more people raising chickens.
I will forgo the chickens unless they come in Take out box😂😂.

Pamela,

I love gardening to I'm growing tomato's eggplants peppers squash cucumbers and a few other things if they come up.they sure taste better fresh off the vine .it gets hot here at times which I don't like I prefer cold weather most think I'm strange cuz I love the snow but there's just something so beautiful about it to me and the cold crispy air.
I've got chickens for eggs not to eat I don't eat meat there pets all of them lol
Had a few ducks but the last few days they've come up missing probably bobcat or coons.
Food is awfully high I'm hoping to be able to freeze some of the vegetables if I get enough.

Home grown food just has a better flavor.
If a person hasn't tried it they are missing a real treat.  :)

It certainly does.  I wish I had the time and resources needed to maintain a garden.  I always enjoyed it.
